About Eric

Eric is a Broker/Owner and has been in real estate for nearly a decade. He is the founder of Morgan Realty which is a boutique brokerage firm based in Portland, Maine. He was born in Lewiston and raised in Hallowell and enjoyed Maine all his life. He has been in the real estate field since 1989 beginning with supervising the rebuilding of the prestigious Careleton Estate in St. Croix USVI, followed by many years in property management and acquisitions in New Hampshire and Florida with the Bear's Den Group.
