About Eric

Eric is a Broker/Owner and has been in real estate for 5+ yrs. He is the founder of Morgan Realty and specializes in Invesment properties. He was born in Lewiston, Maine and raised in Hallowell, Maine; has been in the real estate field since 1989 beginning with supervising the rebuilding of the prestigious Careleton Estate in St. Croix USVI, followed by many years in property management and acquisitions in New Hampshire and Florida with the Bear's Den Group. Eric has been a Realtor for nearly six years in the Portland area. He is president of Morgan Properties and numerous property holding companies in Kennebec County. In addition, Eric regularly consults to the top foreclosure industry publication REO Magazine. He currently resides in Westbrook.
